A ceremonial gathering to mark the commemoration of the “World Mental Health Day” was held at the main auditorium of the National Council for Mental Health “Sahanaya” at Borella on 10th October 2019.
The Chief Guest for this occasion was 12th Governor of the Central Bank, Desha Keeerthi, Lanka Puthra, Mr. Ajith Nivard Cabral.
The Founder of the N C M H, Professor Nalaka Mendis, President, Dr.Nirosha Mendis and Members of the Management Committee, other distinguished guests, volunteers and invitees were present, together with the staff at Borella and Gorakana.
